We.Pivot is a growing, research-led initiative designed to help people navigate the transition from structured careers to fulfilling, healthy, and purpose-driven lives.

We.Pivot has worked with people from universities, the NHS, pharmaceuticals, the Big Four, law firms, professional advisory firms, and elite sport. What they share is not a sector or a salary. It is a significant life transition that deserves more than a transactional response.

We are not a coaching practice, although we work closely with trusted coaches. We are a clinically informed, evidence-led and evidence-generating consultancy grounded in occupational science and occupational therapy.

The 5 We.Pivot Pillars

  • What truly matters to me?

  • Am I ready to embrace this new chapter in my life? Am I Pivot ready?

  • What meaningful paths and possibilities can I explore after this life transition?

  • How can I maintain my physical and mental wellbeing?

  • How can I confidently navigate this journey independently?
