Bespoke programmes for organisations supporting employees through redundancy or retirement transition. Grounded in occupational science and evidence-based practice.

We are also called upon for...

Alongside our core transition programmes, Clare is occasionally engaged for specialist work that draws on her clinical background, her leadership experience, and over 25 years of working at the intersection of health, identity, and human performance.

Mental health consultancy: any aspect, any starting point.

We work with organisations to design mental health approaches that are clinically informed but do not require clinicians to deliver them. Whether that is training, a clinical overview, policy development, or building programmes from scratch, we tailor everything to your specific need. This can include sensitive and complex areas such as suicide awareness.

What we particularly love is creating work that reaches the whole organisation, not just those who identify with a clinical label or feel comfortable coming forward. This means using language that does not inadvertently medicalise everyday experience, designing questionnaires and engagement tools that invite participation rather than self-selection, and making sure that the people who most need support are not the ones least likely to access it.

Because the difference between a mental health programme that works and one that does not is often not clinical rigour. It is whether the language, the framing, and the design make everyone feel that it is for them.

Neuroinclusion consultancy:

Bespoke work for organisations seeking a clinically informed approach to inclusive practice, grounded in occupational therapy and evidence-based frameworks.

This work is bespoke, limited in availability, and always grounded in the same evidence-based occupational therapy framework that underpins everything We.Pivot does.

If you have a brief that does not fit neatly into our programmes, we would love to hear from you.
